Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 5 days of date of order placement. Since we are dependent on 3rd party logistic aggregators, shipping maybe delayed if according to the aggregator, the customer address is in a restricted zone. We currently do not make promises as to delivery time due to the COVID situation.

Please ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate and provide a number that you can be contacted on via call. If any of these details are incorrect, it will lead to further delays in shipping and we shall not be held liable for any of these delays.

For same day delivery in Mumbai and Bangalore, The order must be placed before 12:00 pm IST. Orders placed after 12:00 pm IST on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placement of order or before the order is shipped out, whichever is later. To cancel the order, please contact us on rollingfilters2018@gmail.com and mention the order ID. As long as the customer sends the mail within the stipulated timeframe, the order shall be termed as cancelled. Refund shall be provided. If you fail to cancel the order within this timeframe, please refer to our returns policy.

 

Return Policy

Orders are eligible for return within 7 days of date of delivery. Returns shall only be accepted if the item/s are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase(invoice).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Goods such as Doobiewood, Purize pipe, Rolling papers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are anywhere used or opened.

Actitube and Purize Filters will be screened upon return and will only be accepted if we have confirmed that there are no used filters present and all 50 filters are present.

 

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at rollingfilters2018@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at high@outontrip.com and ask for the delivery address where you can ship the item back.
